dalla spiaggia e 800 mt. dal centro del paese.
La casa recentemente è stata completamente restaurata e trasformata in mini appartamenti così composti:

TIPO 1: Locale unico per 2 persone con angolo cottura, doccia, WC, TV e balcone vista lago.
TIPO 2: Locale unico per 2 o persone con possibilità di aggiungere una poltrona letto, angolo cottura,
doccia, WC, TV e balcone vista lago.
TIPO 3 : Miniappartamento con una camera doppia e ulteriore stanza di 4m x 2,20m adatta ad ospitare due
bambini oppure un adulto che comprende anche l’angolo cottura, doccia, WC, TV e balcone vista
lago.
TIPO 4: Mansarda composta da una camera a 2 letti, un’altra camera a 2 letti più
piccola, cucina, bagno, WC, TV e balcone vista lago.
TIPO 5: appartamento al piano del giardino composto da una camera doppia, una camera più piccola
(2,70 x 2,40) con letto a castello, soggiorno con divano letto per due persone, tv, doccia e W.C.
In bassa stagione questo tipo di appartamento costa € 4 in più al giorno mentre in alta stagione €
6.

Unser Haus mit familiäre Betreuung liegt in den Olivenhainen mit großem Garten in ruhiger Lage und ist mt. 150 vom Strand entfernt. Zum Zentrum sind es ungefähr 800m.
Unser Haus, komplett renoviert mit allen Komfort und behaglich eingerichtet; sie werden folgend finden:

TYP 1: Miniappartaments in einem Wohn – Schlafraum für 2 Personen mit Doppelbett, Essecke
mit Melittakaffeemaschine, Dusche, WC, Fernseher und Balkon mit Seeblick.
TYP 2: Miniappartaments in einem Wohn – Schlafraum für 2 oder 3 Personen, Essecke mit
Melittakaffeemaschine, Dusche und WC, Fernseher, Balkon mit Seeblick.
TYP 3: Der Wohnung Typ 3 ist für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kinder oder 3 Erwachsene geeignet .
Es gibt ein Doppelzimmer und ein kleinere Raum. Diese zweite Raum in dem die Kinder
oder eine Erwachsene schläft ist 4m.x 2,20m groß. Essecke mit Melitta Kaffe Maschine,
Dusche und WC, Fernseher, Balkon mit Seeblick.
TYP 4: Dachwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse mit Seeblick, ein Zweibettzimmer
und ein kleinere Zimmer für 2 Personen, kleine Küche mit Essecke und
Melitta Kaffe Maschine, Badezimmer und WC, Fernseher.
TYP 5: Wohnung auf der Erde – Stock mit anschließendem Garten, mit ein Doppel Bett Zimmer, ein kleineres
Zimmer (2,70m x 2,40m) mit Stockbetten und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch für zwei Personen,
Fernseher, Dusche und WC. Für dieses Wohnung rechnen wir € 4 mehr im Vorsaison und € 6 im
Hochsaison.

 

Our house has a family atmosphere, situated in the middle of a olive garden, located about 150mt. from the beach and 800mt. from the village centre.
The house has been recently completely renovated and trasformed into mini-apartments consisting of:

Type 1: Apartment for 2 persons. One big room with two bed, cooking facilities,
shower, toilets, television and balcony overlooking the lake.
Type 2: Apartment for 2 or 3 persons with 2 single beds and possibility for a third bed, cooking
facilities, shower, toilets, television and balcony overlooking the lake.
Type 3: Apartment with a big room for 2 persons and another little room for 1 adult or 2 children
(4mtx2,20mt) with cooking facilities, shower, toilets, television and big balcony overlooking the
lake.
Type 4: Rooftops appartment, consist of 1 bedroom with 2 beds, a smaller room
with 2 beds, kitchen, bathroom, television and big balcony overlooking the lake.
Type 5: Apartment on the garden floor with a 2 bedded room, a little room (2,70m x 2,40m) with twin beds,
and a living room with a divan bed for 2 persons, television, shower and toilets. Concerning that
apartment, we charge € 4 more than the given price in law season and € 6 more in the high season.
